[19th Edition - MYC] Reach is Gearing Up for Launch!
Good afternoon everyone!
Welcome back to the journey of building the future of higher ed social media intelligence.
Thank you for following along. If you're new here, the purpose of this newsletter is to keep y'all informed on what's working & new, and the occasional ask for feedback to help shape the product further.
It’s been a crazy month, and honestly, a bit of a blur. We’ve now gotten approvals from most major social media platforms and are gearing up for launch. This is extremely exciting. While there are still a few things left before a public launch, we’re certainly at a place where we can start slowly rolling out the platform. Thank you all for your feedback and for following along. We believe this will be the future of social media in higher education. Let’s dive in!

WHAT’S NEW
Approval For Publishing Across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
We have officially been approved by most major platforms for full access to the APIs we need to allow the public to use our platform, publish content, and connect their profiles. Our CTO is doing a bit of refactoring before it finally gets merged in for y’all to test, but this was the major bottleneck before we could publicly launch.
Industry Benchmarking
Understanding your metrics is important, but knowing where they fall within the market is how you can really gauge effectiveness. In the same way you can create groups to research content, you can create groups to benchmark performance across the industry. Want to know how you’re doing against the Big10? What about small Catholic institutions? It’s as simple as creating the peer groups that matter most to you.

Theme
We have added themes back to the settings. You can add your logo and colors, which will be accessible anytime you create a form or eventually generate shareable reports.

With Reach getting close to launch, I’d love to catch up with everyone to get final pieces of feedback. Everyone receiving these updates has been instrumental in the creation of Reach.
We're always seeking your valuable advice and feedback. If you have any insights, thoughts, or ideas that you believe can contribute to our growth, we're all ears.
Thank you, once again, for being a part of our journey.
Best regards,
Blake
