[18th Edition - MYC] Content Sourcing Forms, Schedule Posting Natively, Accessibility & More!

Good afternoon everyone!

Welcome back to the journey of building the future of higher ed social media intelligence.

Thank you for following along. If you're new here, the purpose of this newsletter is to keep y'all informed on what's working & new, and the occasional ask for feedback to help shape the product further.

I know what you're thinking, “Blake, where have you been? My Friday inbox has felt empty.” My apologies, decided that I would switch these updates to every 2-4 weeks depending on how things are progressing. It's been very exciting wrapping up Reach, we're officially submitted for approval from Meta, and have cleaned up the site a LOT.

TL;DR (Too Long, Didn’t Read)

  • Forms & Content Sourcing

  • Schedule Posting Natively

  • Submitted for Meta approval

WHAT’S NEW

Forms & Content Sourcing

Content sourcing is now live! Forms within asset library are now a way you can have systems in place to source ideas, content, photos, & more from whoever and have it all centralized for easy leveraging & posting.

Creating a form and getting a response

Schedule Posting Natively

You may not have noticed this wasn't working — but starting tomorrow it will! This will read all the trending posts and try to consolidate bullet points on any trends and what universities whose content got flagged as trending are talking about. There will be unique insights for each platform, with the goal being a quick read to get an overview.

All notifications you receive when you schedule natively.

Submitted for Meta Approval!

We've officially submitted for approval from Meta. Within the next week or so (hopefully) anyone will officially be able to connect their Meta accounts (Facebook & Instagram) and publish. We're starting on the next platforms while we wait, but very excited!

Accessibility: WCAG

We completed a full audit using WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool), ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.

Bugs/Quality of Life Improvements

A lot of random improvements:

  • AI Trending Summaries now have versions for each time frame

  • Easier to scroll and drag in Kanban ideas

  • Non-college affiliated users can now sign up

  • Notifications now load in without a refresh

  • No more music note icons, using actual TikTok

OUTSIDE REACH

Upcoming Webinar: The 2026 College Decision Playbook

Come hang with our new VP of Partnerships, Joel Renner, for a live panel where we break down findings from our survey of nearly 3,500 incoming college students. We'll dig into what's actually driving student decisions this cycle, how peer connection plays into commitment, and what enrollment teams can take away heading into next year. Would love to see you there, and feel free to pass this along to anyone on your team!

As always, I appreciate you all for your help so far. I'm very excited to keep this going. Be on the lookout on Fridays for my quick updates.

We're always seeking your valuable advice and feedback. If you have any insights, thoughts, or ideas that you believe can contribute to our growth, we're all ears.

Thank you, once again, for being a part of our journey.

Best regards,

Blake

P.S. If you know anyone who would be interested in our updates, feel free to forward this email. :)
