Good afternoon everyone!

Welcome back to the journey of building the future of higher ed social media intelligence.

Thank you for following along. If you're new here, the purpose of this newsletter is to keep y'all informed on what's working & new, and the occasional ask for feedback to help shape the product further.

I hope your week is going well. It's officially the start of conference season for MeetYourClass. We will be jumping around the country — over the next week we'll be at MACAC (Detroit, MI) & SACAC (New Orleans, LA). In between this travel, we'll keep y'all updated as we keep progressing. I feel like a broken record, but every week I can see the finish line getting closer and closer as we get to being able to launch (there will still be work after, but at least fully usable). Let's dive in!

WHAT’S NEW

Alumni Accounts Added to Monitoring

Reach is set to launch with 3 key account types: main page, undergraduate admissions, and alumni accounts. We have ~30 types we aim to eventually grow to monitoring (athletics, student life, and sub-colleges like business, engineering, etc.). We will continue to be adding accounts from our research, but wanted to have some real data to be monitoring.

Content Gap Fully Built & Fact Checked

We took time to fact check the content gap and it is working! Compare what percentage of your posts fall into categories, where you might be underperforming, and find gaps of content that other institutions are posting that are opportunities for you!

Link In Bio Fully Finished

In the spirit of cleaning up and finalizing features, we revisited the Link In Bio feature. While we wait for posting to be finalized, 2/3 Link in Bio layouts are ready! Pick between your traditional link in bio, a Sprout link replacement, or our own take on a dynamic link in bio experience. As an added bonus, these link tracks will map to MeetYourClass users.
